A Woodstock man and woman face charges in a prostitution case that started on Craig's List and ended with murder.
Timothy Smith is accused of shooting and killing Kurt Milliman, 48, of Prairie Grove. Police say Milliman solicited prostitution from Kimberly Smith via the website Craig's List. At some point an altercation took place and police say Timothy Smith shot Milliman dead inside a home in the 4300 block of Doty Road in unincorporated Woodstock Saturday.
Timothy Smith faces first degree murder, aggravated discharge of a firearm, pandering, obstructing justice and pimping charges.
Kimberly Smith was arrested for two counts of obstructing justice, disorderly conduct and prostitution.
